We welcome international students at the Berufsfachschule für Musik in Dinkelsbühl. However, if you come from  non-EU country, you will have to contact the school about your visa situation. If you are accepted to the school, the program is fully subsidized by the Bavarian State and free for the students. Degree programs are 2-3 years. You will need a good level of German language proficiency to be able to follow all required classes. 

Dinkelsbühl is one of the most beautiful medieval Bavarian towns of Germany. The school is rather small with an excellent teacher-student ratio. It is located in an old monastery building right in the center of town. We have a strong string department with lots of activities throughout the year including chamber music masterclasses, orchestra workshops and an annual chamber music retreat in Austria.
